Hi Woodogr, You can actually check the statistics for a certain area by looking at the regional figures on the Zoopla website for an approximate total. To do this, take your mouse pointer and hover over the top of the "sold prices" tab at the top of the page and clicking on the link that says "SE3 stats" on the drop down menu. As you will see if you click through on this, there are figures for the last month, six months or year at the top. This allows you to compare the current prices to what they were until March last year. So, looking at this, the cost of housing in the SE3 region has grown by 4.47 per cent in the last year, or £20,318 in the space of 12 months.
