Valuing two flats joined
Two flats each with its own lease have been joined with a circular staircase. So one flat has living area, and a hole in the floor, the other has thre bedrooms with a hole in the ceiling. All approvals have been obtained. Valuing for probate, the two flats can be valued separately - presumably at a very low valuation. Any opinions?
