Average price for flat - £255,666 Average house price - £391,427 These prices vary depending on the amount of rooms in the property. You can find more on the website provided below.   • I live in a 2 bedroom flat in Central Woolwich. The price of flat in this building has risen by £60K since Jan 2014 and by £110K since Jan 2012. I assume price to reach £320K by 2018 (when Crossrail begins operation)
