  • Www.zoopla.co.uk. For example: http://www.zoopla.co.uk/property/flat-7/223-selhurst-road/london/se25-6xy/21218802 look under 'Value change' and you can see the change over 3 mnts, 6 mnths..up tp 5 years. Also per post code. SE25 is starting to rise fast.

  • Hi sarah, You can get figures about price rises and changes in home valuation in different areas from here on the Zoopla website. If you look at the top of this page, you will be able to see a tab called 'current values'. If you hover over this and then choose the first option from the drop-down menu, you will be brought to a list of different property prices for your area. On this page, you can also see how prices have changed in the last few months or years, depending on the options that you choose. Aside from that, you can make use of figures from the likes of the Land Registry, Nationwide and the Bank of England most months for national and regional figures surrounding the property market. Many thanks, Scott
