Hi I assume by prices you do not mean the current asking prices as you could get that from Zoopla. If any house has sold in the last 6 months that sold comparable will be available on www.nethouseprices.co.uk, mouseprice and others. A sold comparable is considered to be the most accurate indicator of value, but in a buoyant market it is always a bit out of date. You
may need to make allowances for this. If you are looking to purchase a property or investment often the best way is to fina a refurbishment project or a repossession. We have the UK's biggest database of repossession and refurbishment properties available at the click of a button.
