Upper coming Pepys Estate?

Is it true that all those flats are huge and undervalued ex local authorities next to great developments built and to be built could be a good investment or place to live....?

  • From what I have seen, those types of properties are getting pricey which I can only assume is due to their proximity to Central London. It will be interesting to see what happens to prices over the next few years as London is clearly unaffordable for a significant majority.
