Any tips on equity on houses in Davidson road, Croydon? Want growth from the purchase
House is £260k, decorated nicely inside, but worried that house prices won't go up much more after the recent recession and don't want to spend all that money and not have equity on it 5 years time etc. Anyone bought a hose on there recently that knows about property prices?

As a very local agent for 20+ yrs, rest assured values in Davidson Road are likely to increase over the longer period, you say 5 years, I would expect due to London & south east supply/ demand the market will recover and although prices may not rise anything like the past, they are very likely to rise above inflation over 5 yrs.
