Would it be a good idea to buy PRC construction property repairs done?
We have agreed an offer to buy a property in south oxhey. When the lender carried valuation we found it was PRC. The seller provided the certificate stating the repairs have been conducted by approved PRC company and provided the lender with the certificate. The valuer of the lender now needs PRC certificate of the neighbors as its a mid terraced. I am very confused in the following things: 1) Will it be difficult to sell the property as we plan to sell it in 3-4 years 2) If the PRC certificate is present does it mean it will be considered as a standard property? 3) Do lenders easily give a mortgage to PRC builds
