Adding parking space in Suffolk

I have parking for 1 car at the moment, if I buy a small area of garden from my neighbour so that I have parking for 2 cars what value will this add to my property in Suffolk NR33.

  We sell parking spaces for anywhere between £500 -£10,000. It depends on location and more importantly parking provision in the area. If you own a terrace house with no off road parking it will certainly add value, however if everyone has there own drive and garaging it is unlikely to have a massive effect other than demand.
