I have heard house prices are going to keep falling over the next two to three years?

I want to get on the property ladder, so do I buy now or wait for further price reductions? I share a house and want my own place so I can entertain a lot! x Thanks!

  • Prices certainly aren't going up, unless you're in the crazy bubble that is London. There are too many big issues in the way for any kind of market recovery/growth. If you buy something now you've got to accept that it's a mid-to-long-term transaction and that you'll stay put for at least 5 years, probably more. If you go for it, buy something that you really like!
