How can I get an estimate of specific property values in 1982

I need to know the approximate value, in 1982, of a property at 2, Hartsdown Road, Margat, Kent. CT9 5QT.

  To get an approximate value, you could try the link below. You will need to have an idea of value at some point in time recently. All you need to do is enter the value you know and the date it relates to, then put you 1982 date in and it will work out an approximate for you. It is regional based though rather than postcode specific, but it is a good starting point. Good luck!
