Property needs rewire, new kitchen, bathroom complete update .

How much for ex-council, 4 bed semi, needing complete refurb - should be allowed against property in excellent condition.

    Recently carried out a similar project ie complete refurb, central heating, re wire, damp course, re decorate, skim all walls, plaster, new kitchen and bathroom tradesman and carried out a lot of work my self cost 30k

    Hi yes I would agree. If it needs a total refurb and if you do a lot of the labour yourself then between £20,000 & £30,000. If you need prices give us a buzz as we have a lot of tradesman that do work for us and could give you a better idea.
