Converting 3rd bedroom to upstairs bathroom - how will this affect value?
Currently 1 downstairs bathroom, 3 bedrooms upstairs. Converting smallest bedroom to upstairs bathroom - keeping downstairs bathroom. Otherwise excellent conversion in very good order with full c/h, large rear garden and patio, 2 Reception rooms, kitchen, utility room, loft storage. Has this type of improvement raised or lowered values in this area?
