A floating Freehold?

What problems would a floating freehold incur? A property has had a new house added onto the side. Estate agent said its freehold....At present how much of the asking price is acceptable to drop? Any help greatly appreciated...Thanks in advance

  • If the original property was an end of terrace house and now has a new house attached to it making it a Mid Terrace house, this can effect values something you would have to ask a local Estate Agent as prices vary in different areas.
