Current value property
We are in process to sell, but our bungalow is valued much lower than neighbour. Bought around the same time and similar size. Why can there be so much difference? Their bungalow is listed as detached house while ours is listed just as a bungalow. We are worried this will influence our sale so your value is not helping the sale. Will refining the value change the amount and how long will this take?
