Will house prices rise in North Yorkshire this year?
We are thinking of buying a holiday let, should we move fast before prices rise? thanks.

Whilst interest rates are low and there is a continued expectancy of ‘more to come’ its a good time to buy. Whether prices will rise in the North is difficult to predict.

I think that house prices will stay stagnant for the time being, especially with the threat of interest rate rising later in the year
