I would like an opinion regarding the price of this property.

This property is a semi [a portion of a grand house], it has 3 beds, 2 bath, garden: back and front, 2 garages, it is well looked after. The present owners have been in this house supposedly for 25 years. The address is 2 High house, South Avenue, NR7 0EZ. What would be a realistic price?
