How can I find out about re-possessions?
I want to know where the best and most recent info can be found to buy houses that have been re-possessed. Thanks.

Unfortunately you will find most agents are not allowed to phone properties out as repossessed. Often they have had to sign terms to say they will not divulge this information! Many agents are now running No Chain Links on their websites which will no doubt include repo's. Also sites such as whitehot property (see link below) will have repos in there! Most looking for a repo will just constantly visit the agents and their websites, although gone is the day when you can be the only one to view and offer, as almost all repos will not except bids in the first week other than an asking price and then it will have to go to a public notice declaring your offer and enticing higher ones! If you would consider repo's in SK8 and SK7 (Stockport) please feel free to email me you budget and contact details and we can give you a call when no chain properties come to the market. my email address is richard@andrewsnape.com
