What is the selling price for a house in St Pauls Cray, Orpington?

I want to sell a 4 bedroomed house in St Pauls area of Orpington. What price should I be looking for? I bought the house for £250.000

    There is a feature on here that lets you search for sold prices for the last 7 years. I just did a quick search and it says the Avg. asking price in St. Pauls Cray is £266,658. But you can be more thourough and compare houses with your own. I hope this helps.
