You can sell your property before the mortgage is fully paid off; just ask your lender for a redemption figure ( An exact figure on the outstanding amount including any fees due). As long as the figure is lower than the value of your property, or you have the funds to clear then you will be able to sell. Would you like a free valuation on your property to assist in your plans?

Don't worry. 90% of houses are sold with outstanding mortgages on them. The conveyancing process sorts it all out. You just get the balance. Of course if you owe more than the sale price, you have to settle the rest immediately.
