1st time buyer house offer price.
Have seen a 2 bed mid terraced house I would like to put an offer on. Currently for sale @ £124,950, valuation estimate on this site of £110,170. What would be a fair offer? 1st time buyer so not sure what to go in at.

Estimates here are only a guide, not 100% accurate. I would start somewhere around £110,000, that is just over 10% below, then work up from there, to what you can afford. Most people are willing to reduce to somewhere between 5-10 below asking price. You don't ask, you don't get! Good luck.
