Maybe demolished, there are a few gaps in Heath Terrace. A lot of properties in Rhondda area were demolished during the 'slum clearances' in 1970's as the local council tried to upgrade the housing by removing unsafe, vacant, neglected terraced houses and offered housing grants to improve owner occupier properties - you can often see gaps in the terraces now and also the steel prongs/support in the wall of the houses on each side of the gap. Occasionally, these 'plots' come on the market, but often without planning permission so there's limited appeal - unless you live next door and want a bigger garden/parking/etc.
