  • Hi Souler, To find out some of the house market trends for Rochdale, you can make use of the Zoopla website. You can see the average property value & average asking price for an area, as well as whether this is rising or falling. To do so, follow the link below. In terms of rises and falls at the moment, it is still hard to predict whether there will be any long-lasting increases over the course of this year, as it is still early days. However, asking prices and demand were up in January across the country as a whole, and this has helped costs in the north-west of the nation see a little bit of a rise in the early part of 2013. The Manchester Evening News reported recently that house prices in the region have jumped by 2.8 per cent in February alone. This has left them 1.1 per cent higher than a year ago and just over £2,000 below the record high for any February, set in 2008. Many thanks, Scott
