Normally a month but if you know the post code of the property or address for the property you are searching for there is a website called mypropertyspy.co.uk which can give you the latest registration of the property at the Land Registry you have to register for this information though and it is limited to six searches a day.

The Land Registry releases sold price data every month. However they may not include every sale made within the last month in their update; unfortunately it may be several months before a particular sale is included. I'd suggest periodically checking the "Sold prices" tab every few weeks or so, to see if the data for the property you are interested in is now available.
