What are my chances of selling my house in next six months

I have a 3 bedroom house for sale in Angel Court, Shaftesbury at £180,000

  • As good as anyone elses.. if your property is priced right. Look at sold prices to know what you will likely get. Next six months will be quiet.

  • Present the property well with regards to the pictures online and when potential buyers come for a viewing make sure the house is tidy and clean. Price the property well and be willing to negotiate, now just hope for the best! It helps to have a hard working agent as well!

  • On average it's taking between 4 and 7.5 months to sell a property in this current market. Although even if you do find a buyer only about 1 in 40 people can get a mortgage at the moment. Depending on your circumstances it might suit you to pursue the Rent-To-Sell option. We have a high number of proceedable applicants that are snapping up properties within 24 hours or less! If you want to geet moving quickly then this is a great option in the current market.
