As good as anyone elses.. if your property is priced right. Look at sold prices to know what you will likely get. Next six months will be quiet.

Present the property well with regards to the pictures online and when potential buyers come for a viewing make sure the house is tidy and clean. Price the property well and be willing to negotiate, now just hope for the best! It helps to have a hard working agent as well!

On average it's taking between 4 and 7.5 months to sell a property in this current market. Although even if you do find a buyer only about 1 in 40 people can get a mortgage at the moment. Depending on your circumstances it might suit you to pursue the Rent-To-Sell option. We have a high number of proceedable applicants that are snapping up properties within 24 hours or less! If you want to geet moving quickly then this is a great option in the current market.
