House price/value in Nightingale Grove
I've looked up the internet and gone through the house price/value in Nightingale Grove. It seems like the average house price is around £97,000. I was wondering is how much changes of house price can go in, say 5 years? Will the house price goes up very quickly to £135,000?

I work in Nightingale Grove. It varies from social housing flats to owned flats and older houses. Also industrial units, but they are no problem to living there. I can't imagine any house except a really delapitated one in need of work going at £97,000! I would think average HOUSE would be in region of £180k-ish ..maybe more. Make sure you pay for a good survey. There are underlying problems in the road.
