  • Hi Stonelea-susie, To get this sort of information, it is difficult to estimate just from the specifications you have outlayed. However, you can make good use of the website here at Zoopla to give yourself a rough guess as to what the property in mind might be worth. Take a look at the top of this page and you will see that there is a tab named "sold prices". Clicking on this tab will give you a drop down menu. Select both of these options in different tabs to show you how homes are performing in your area. This will also display what sale prices have been achieved for this type of property in recent times. As you will see from this, the average sold value for apartments with two bedrooms in the area currently stands at £151,803. However, a look further down the page will show you that confidence is growing in the market, and as such asking prices are rising. This means that the current "for sale" total sits at £189,365. Many thanks, Scott

  • Hi there, Apartment cost (excluding land) varies from about £80 to £140 depending on the design, location, quality and and technical difficulty. For a high specification house, it could be as high as £180-200 or more. I've been into the property business in UK for past 8 years with and I still find it hard to do a comparison with available resources, many firms claim to provide properties at “below market value”. At times you should try nice deals out too so keep your eyes open wide and go for your target.
