  • Depends on where you are in the country. As a general rule they are static at the moment. Some parts of London have gone up and other areas have gone down.

  • They are falling slightly, but as above, it depends on where you live. I think the market will remain flat rather than there being any great rises or falls in the next 12 months.

  • Simple answer is yes and no. Depends on exactly where you are and what type of property you are referring to. Overall, there are slight falls but I expect that house prices in Cambridgeshire as a whole will remain largely static over the next 12 months minimum.

  • The properties I have been watching on Zoopla appear to be going up in value again this year after consecutive falls for a couple of years. Over the longer term it would appear to be static, roughly on a par with 2005/2006 but the dip from 2008/9 seems to have largely gone now. I have a property in St. Neots and it has risen in value slightly over the last six months.

  • There seems to have been some small but noticeable downward movement in the four months since my last response. I've been watching the local areas that I have property in and there are some surprisingly low asking prices appearing now. I guess autumn is not a great time to come to the market anyway so if you need to sell the price needs to be low but even so, any gains from the last 18 months or so seem to be evaporating.
