Is Surbiton a good investment for property?

1. Do properties in Surbiton have potential to appreciate compared to zone 6 regions in greater London which have tube connectivity? 2. Is the supply of detached houses getting rare compared to flats? Or will there always be a fair amount of supply of houses?

  • Surbiton is an excellent area for investment property! Prices across the whole Kingston and Surbiton area have remained well above the national average for many years and the the proximity to an excellent rail and road infrastructure, superb shopping and recreational facilities and fantastic local schools keeps demand at an exceptionally high level. Rental demand in the area remains very strong and it's worth remembering that the fast trains from Surbiton take less time to reach Waterloo than those on some of the underground lines. As with your previous question, you are welcome to call into my Surbiton office for a chat about the area and property in general. Regards, Guy Hodge at Lords Estate Agents
