Are prices rising or falling?

How long before we see 2006 prices again?

  It depends where you are in the country. In the South, mainly London, prices are rising slightly. But in the North, they are falling slightly. As for 2006 prices, anyone’s guess. But guessing it is a long way off is as accurate as you will get.
