Not as such, the property market is getting stronger now the recession is beginning to leave

It may slow down properties comming onto the market leading up to the election but i can't see antyreal impact. It will be interesting to see how quickly any new government scrap Hips.

I agree with whiteliz, it may in the short term dissuade some from comitting to the market but other than that I see very little impact. Interestingly when you look at a change of government historically there is often a 'feel good' impact on the economy for a period afterwards.
