The property market in Thirsk, North Yorkshire
I have a bungalow in Leeds - 27 Haven Chase, in very good order throughout valued at £230,000 with a local estate agent. A detached bungalow in Thirsk - St Mary's area not quite as large, is on the market for £245,000 with an estate agent. The sold prices of Leeds and Thirsk respectively similar bungalows were £235,000 and £205,000 in 2005 but today the agents are asking much more for the Thirsk bungalow. When the Leeds bungalow is valued by Zoopla as follows the Thirsk bungalow at around £200,000 and the Leeds bungalow at £220,00 can anybody advise before Thursday evening. Thank you.

I've been looking at Property in Thirsk and the prices are at a premium as opposed to Zoopla estimates. I believe that the Estate agents are at fault hiking valuations, but the market is on a downward slide again. Hold on to 2010 to get a good price.
