What do I need to pay for a 3 beds house in Torquay, within a mile of TQ1 3JL postal area?

The average price paid for a 3 bedroom house in that postcode is £233,000 when you start looking at the average detached price it goes up to nearly £300,000. Between both of these figures is a stamp duty threshold. So it's worth deciding whether you want to stay below £250,000 to save on extra costs.
