Whats the value of a semi detached house in Virginia Waters?

I have seen a semi detached house it's got 4 bedrooms, 1 on-suite, family bathroom and one toilet downstairs. The living space downstairs isn't much with one reception, small conservatory and kitchen. There is potential to knock down walls to bring in garage and extend conservatory. It's on a plot approaching 1 acre. The vendor wants £565,000 is this priced well in the current market?
