  I think this year we will have stable house prices, around the election it will get a little quieter as the wait and see approach is adopted, with a resurgence in activity for the autumn market

  I agree with my colleague we may see a few ups and downs but in essence, I think house prices end the year similar to where they were at the start of the year.
