The Moors, Welwyn Garden City

Hi, Please, I need suggestions, I really like houses in The Moors, Welwyn Garden City in Pashnager area, but only issue is there is no proper road for parking in front of home due to green paths, is that a drawback incase of resale whenever required? Regards
