  This is a property I would definitly consider a 2nd viewing at least, I have been looking for properties around the Sandwell Valley area for a couple of months now and this property ticks all the boxes, the location itself is a selling point, great transport network, next to the valley itself, quiet cul-de-sac, properties in that area have easily reached £250.000 so £211.000 would be a good purchase price.
