Last year I sold a house and bought a new one. Neither of these houses are shown as sold. Any ideas why?

    Most sold registers collate information from Land registry, and some are updated quarterly so it would depend on when last year you sold & bought as sometimes it can take a month to register the titles, then a further 3 months to appear. It would be worth contacting the solicitor you used to ensure that the transaction was correctly registered

    This sounds to me like the solicitor hasnt registered the Transfer of title at the Land Registry. I would contact your solicitor straight away to enquire about the position
