On the market for 134,000 what would be a reasonable offer in today's market?

Depends, how much do you want the house? Is 134k a fair price? If its on at 134k and in a great area with lots of potential then maybe 134k is right. If this is the house of your dreams then bid the asking price if you can afford to. If it is for investment, its unemotional, offer a figure that you believe the property is worth, if its not accepted, move on. As an average, im offering around 10% below market value but I live in an area that has not been as badly hit as most.
