What would the stamp duty, fees and charges be on a house priced at 175. 000.

No stamp duty upto £175,000 if you buy before 31st dec 09.After that 1% Solicitors fees around £750 ish Survey/mortgage application fee variable.Depaends on lender and the deal you choose.
