Why would someone be so willing to sell on Stringers Lane, Willenhall?
Looking at a property but have found out it was only bought in April 2010 - why would someone be so willing to sell so soon after purchasing? It was bought for 90k and after some improvements they are looking for 110k - do you think there is a problem the seller may be trying to hide or was just an investment opportunity and a bit too good to be true?

There could be a number of reasons, divorce, lost job or as you say in and out for a quick profit, i would not let the fact it is being turned around put you off. Make sure you get a good solicitor and a great surveyour to do an indepth report just in case. Speak to the agents and neighbours to do yur own research to see if they can shed any light on it

Paying £4 to the Land Registry will tell you who the owner is, which may not be the occupier. Is it empty? If so, it will almost certainly be an investor.
