House price of a PRC 3 bed semi in Swindon.

I am looking to buy a PRC home (not repaired), how much would it fetch on the open market in its current state? The property has front and back garden and a driveway in Swindon SN2 7JP area.

  Best thing to do is to get a couple of local estate agents roundm I would advise getting about 2 or 3 valuations and decide who you would best like to go with.
