Zoopla Estimate - Completely Wrong....
Hello There, Just a quick question really.. can anyone tell me why my house ( 17 Barley Gardens, RG41 5JL ) is estimated at more then 30,000 less then the attached house ( 18 Barley Gardens ) when both are identical ? Zoopla did have my property down as a Terrace and i changed it to a Semi ( which it is ) but the price / estimation has not changed. Many Thanks,

You can send your own estimate to Zoopla if you feel it is wrong. The estimates are only there as a guide, not all estimates will be accurate.
