Extension to the bungalow
No. 3 Goodwood Green, Fernhill Heath, Worcester. We are having the garage converted into a lounge diner with window and door front and rear side window and door but also an entrance going into a bedroom and ensuite making a another apartment for one person or elderly couple. Can you tell me what it is worth? The housing building regulator says it should be worth about £350.000. What do you think it is worth? Many thanks. Kind regards. Richard Smith. I am the owner.
