A recently converted & listed property without Land Registry Deeds?

I am considering making an offer on above. It is an attached converted barn, in mews of three, all with flying freehold. Now find the Land Registry has no info on conversions yet, just original dilapidated buildings. Should I be concerned? What is the process? Should it be Land Title Deed Registered being being on market to sell?

  • It won't have information until a transfer takes place. Which won't happen until the property the property is sold. The detail will be settled during contract negotiation between the solicitors for vendor and buyer
