Does anyone know of anywere in Abergele that doesn't want rent in advance or deposit?

  We would suggest that you call up all the local Agencies in the area to see what they say. Also, look on Gumtree etc as many provate landlords advertise on there along with property websites.

  Only the council or housing associations, I've been looking myself and all want a deposit and rent upfront fees, not many, if any even of private don't ask for this, I've looked on gumtree, vista st and still want deposit and some credit fees
