  • Generally day to day bills are not included in the rental of a property such as council tax, gas, electricity and water. The landlord is normally responsible for the mortgage, maintenance charges, ground rent and buildings insurance, but generally this is where is costs end. You may have a property that includes bills if it is an annexe and the bills are not separately metered.

  • Hi, Generally all utility bills including council tax are not included within the per month rental price of the property however ti is best to check the property descriptions and to check with the agent / landlord as this varies from agents and landlords.
