Hi Have you thought to try 'Ask jeeves' there are a few agencies who will advertise your property for a low upfront fee only , can't think of a name at the moment. Also have you thought of using freeads? you can try to sell your property on their site and it costs nothing and you can upload photo's onto their site as well. Ebay is another choice although they do not seem to have many properties on their site. You can of course use this website as well. Just a few thoughts. Regards Tony.

If Gumtree lists in your area then I would recommend this - have secured several tenants through this site and it's free! Worthwhile re-posting every few days or every week to keep your listing current.
