  • Hi, Zoopla, alike many other property portals only allows posts via estate agents and therefore in order to see your property listed on Zoopla you would need to instruct an agent to let your property. It may be best to speak to an agent in regards to their different services for landlords as if you would just like to see your property advertised on the larger property portals a "tenant find" only may be the best way for you. You can search for local agents who advertise on Zoopla using the Find agents tab at the top of this page. We hope this helps.

  • Hi. You can only advertise on Zoopla through a third party - i.e., a letting agent. If you would like to meet your prospective tenants and take a more "hands on" approach to your rental, perhaps you might like to consider an online letting agent. Feel free to call me to chat further. Kind regards, Eleanor, The Online Letting Agents 03300 883973
