  • Hi. Are you looking to find tenants? If you are looking for a cheaper option than high street letting agents, please take a look at The Online Letting Agents. You can advertise your property on the zoopla property group and various other property websites for just £59+vat. Your tenants will be fully reference checked, and you will be provided with a bespoke contract, and ongoing support throughout.

  • Hi Kiri anni, If you are looking for tenants to come and view your property, then obviously marketing it properly will be the key to ensuring they come to see it. Demand is high these days for rental homes, so if you put it out there, people will come to see it. What you will need to do is to go through a lettings agent though, in order to be able to advertise your home on Zoopla. It is best to talk to one in the local area who will know the region and the property market therein, and can advise you on the ins and outs of it as well as setting competitive and accurate prices etc. After this, it is important that you give them as much information as possible. By making sure there are a lot of high quality pictures, detailed descriptions of the property itself and a list of the amenities and facilities nearby such as shops and travel links, you will have a much better chance of finding the tenant you want and getting people to come view the property. Many thanks, Scott
